it seems the perps have more rights than the victims these days they have the freedom to have their human rights protected while the victim is forced to live in fear of the perps who get off their charges on a technical glitch in the system. They claim they have been abused by the system therefore the system is wrong well i say we should uphold the human rights of perps as well for the sake of justice but when their guilt is cut and dried and the police know this from experience with perps and can tell with proper investigation that they are being lied to i say dam the technicalities lock them up. technicalities can be corrected and are usually faults in police procedure not human rights abuse. Issue in the laws of transparency so that with reasonable cause the police c an force total disclosure on an individual or group and make it for every citizen with all crime being classed as terrorism.
