Database Crash Fixed

The TBV database crashed on the 25th of September, so the TBV forum was not available for the last six days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have fixed the database table and it should work OK now. Please let me know if you encounter any problems or find information missing.

This did not happen in years, but it just happened on the same day I went on a holiday. :duh:

I just noticed it this evening after we returned.
