Hi
I was wondering - I can't see a referral button anywhere - and I wonder if I'm missing it, or if there isn't one?
Thanks:unsure:

There is an "Email this Page" function under "Thread Tools" at the top bar of each page. Is that what you had in mind with "referral button"?

Well...
In the 'view profile' - on the left hand side in anyone's profile - it says 'referrals'.
On your referral - it says 0
On my referral it says 1.
This suggests to me, that there is a way to give a referral to somebody's post.
Like to validate it, in some way. And I haven't been able to access the button.
In a different forum, for example, there is a little scale - or some little button you can press that gives the member 'brownie points' so to speak.
Its probably right there, I just can't see it....
thank you for your response

Ah sorry,
I have no idea what that means...

If I may take a stab at it.
When you first join this site, you are asked if a member referred you. I told an existing member about this site and he joined and put my name down as a "referral." Hence, it currently says I have 1 referral in my profile. I don't think it has anything to do with threads.
