I was over at the BBC boards & I came across a thread about misheard song lyrics. When I saw they had closed it, I thought, @#$%^&*&! I always miss out on the good ones! :angry:
So I decided to bring the topic over here. What misheard song lyrcs can you think of? If your memory needs jogging you can click on the BBC board below:

my personal fave is the lady from Pittsburgh whose toddler belted out a rendition of Play That Funky Music White Boy that is is not fit to print!! :devilish:
meantime, in keeping with the BBC intro (& becuz I recently figured out the real lyrics) I'll throw out this:
for years I thought Sting was singing "feels a body" until one day last week when they played the song on the radio & I realized he's singing "fields of barley"
