Find Freedom From Ego

are stuck
in the ego
and have to get out of it.

You actually create
the ego in every instant.

Any thought, feeling
or experience arises
and instantly
you identify with it.

The feeling
of tiredness arises
and instantly
you become the
'I am tired.'

But who is tired?
Only the identification
with that feeling.

To even say you identify
with that feeling
is not true.

Because 'you' are born
in that identification.

Without that identification,
there is only awareness
and whatever arises
and disappears
in that awareness.

So to be free from the ego
simply means being aware
of whatever arises
instead of
identifying with it,
instead of being involved with it.

Simply by resting as
awareness itself,
there is no ego.

Only when you succumb
to the addictive habit of identification
does duality arise.

Otherwise there
is only presence.

Intuition is telling me to not click the link. I played out the whole scenario in my head. Here is how it went.

I click the link. A site pops up. A virus gets into my computer. the images on the monitor melt. a single box pops up that asks, "Are you mad?" I say, "Yes, I am mad!" then another box pops up, "if so, you still have ego, click here."
