Is it possible to change one's user name. I'm currently "open mind" but prefer to change to "common man".

Also, having trouble uploading avatar from my own files- can you explain?

User names can only be changed by the admin (already done).

There is a size limit. Make sure the file doesn't exceed a few kB and is in JPG or GIF format.
