Yeah, it is honestly sickening shooting on peaceful people like that.

There's a strange situation going on. It's been said that the Tibetan Culture is vanishing and I guess that's true. Tibetan Buddhism has been thrown to the four winds though. It will be interesting to see if the invasion of Tibet is also the thing that causes Buddhism to spread and become more popular at an ever increasing rate. It seems to have had that effect in the U.S. I just hope that the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government in exile choose to search for his reincarnation when he passes on. I think it will be a great loss if the practice of finding the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama ends. China has been trying to botch that system up for years, most notably when they kidnapped the boy Panchen Lama and his entire family. They have not been seen nor heard from since. The Chinese government installed their own. There is also a person who claims to be the 17th Karmapa that is recognized by China but not by the Dalai Lama. In other words, there's two Karmapas, only one of which is actually recognized by the Dalai Lama

Yes, it will increase. The same happened with christianity, if not Neron who blamed them of burning Rome I dont think the religion would have spread that far or at least that fast.
