Today the "Formal Debates" forum was deleted and its contents moved to other forums, mostly to Philosophy. After six months in operation, the experiment to establish a more formal discussion venue apart from the TBV mainstream has failed. The discussions in the "Formal Debates" forum did not distinguish themselves from the discussions in other forums, so there's no point in keeping it.
