is it must that we have born before.
it may be that it is our firsat birth on the earth.

I'm not really sure as to what you truly mean, but I'll help the best I can using Buddhist ideologies. :)

First birth period? To my knowledge, this is not possible. You had to come from somewhere else & I don't believe you could just pop into existance.

First birth on Earth? Entirely possible. Buddhism is sometimes referred to as the "cosmic religion" because it is applicable not only to Earth, but to all other planets. The rules that we have found applicable to our planet & galaxy are also applicable to quite possibly our entire universe. Who knows? You may or may not be from this galaxy. You could be from another planet that we do not know of. Then again, you may not be. :P When you last died, your Karma pulled you here, to live as a human on Earth.
