..i couldn't link the pics directly, but that does not matter. The diet went well, altough my not so fotogenic appearance accounts for the apparent less than visible body composition changes. I lost quite alot of fat around the waist, but pockets of fat on my lower back are still there. Overall i lost about 6 lbs of fat, but gained 8 lbs muscle, so i'm heavier at the end of this diet than going into it :lol:
