Has anyone seen research on alzheimers and meditation?
- When doctors say the mind is altered, I suspect they intend to say brain.
Are the rates of "age related" dementia comparable in cultures that meditate often versus those who don't?
- I know that this may also be stress related and difficult to contain to just meditation versus cultural standards of life stress.
