asking for possible advise
kunlelove body very ill 'p falciparum malaria'
...has illed months and is still being treated for it
the body is needing supplements to assist so won't happen complications
which body could possibly die if happens...alot complications can happen this kind malaria
aswell as illing from the side effects the drug used
the supplements and most the other packages sent were stolen
...is there a way the supplements can be sent (perhaps away of wording for customs),
so they might not be stolen by the customs or postal workers
the supplements sent were ones which cannot purchase there
thanking

Greetings,
Malaria falciparum also occurs in Thailand and there are many drug resistancies here. In the past they used Lariam, Fansidar, chloroquines, quinolones, and a host of other medications. I don't know about Nigeria, but the local hospitals should know what works. It is important that malaria is treated early to prevent complications. There are many types of complications, such as haemorrhage, hypotension, liver damage, kidney failure, and even cerebral complications. Before you buy medicine you need to know exactly which complications occurred, you need to know about local drug resistancies, the cocktail that is being administered, as well as other information. Only a doctor should be able to tell you what you need. Delays are costly. There is no time for problems with corrupt customs and postal officers.
Good luck, Thomas

yes
when body was first ill a few months ago, he didn't see a doctor....then when body was very ill and happened alot of blood the toilet, though he went to the hospital he wasn't able to see a doctor for a few days....when happened the doctor, artequin and an anti-inflammatory were prescribed
a few days before starting this thread, he was switched to metakelfin....after researching and reading that some malaria is resistant to it, i asked why the doctor switched (was wondering if perhaps kunle had requested it since is less costly than artequin)....he said he'd asked for it since was cheaper....told him which had read and that he couldn't risk the malaria might be resistant to it....he saw the doctor and will be taking artequin again....he gave the metakelfin to the doctor to perhaps give for which not any money for treatment
It is important that malaria is treated early to prevent complications.
yes
he wasn't told the kind of malaria was being treated for until i researched the name 'artequin', read artequin is prescribed for p falciparum malaria, and asked him to ask the doctor if was which was being treated for
There are many types of complications, such as haemorrhage, hypotension, liver damage, kidney failure, and even cerebral complications.
oh yes
Before you buy medicine you need to know exactly which complications occurred, you need to know about local drug resistancies, the cocktail that is being administered, as well as other information.
am glad you mentioned this....though is being treated, will ask him to ask the doctor if any supplements might interfere with the artequin
the doctor said he needed a multivitamin, but the ones he found there are very poor quality....since the body can't digest well, etc, we tried sending an easily obsorbable multivitamin, minerals with iron (for severe anemia and to aid deacidifying ), full spectrum plant digestive enzymes (for aiding digestion), acidophilus, plus some teas (to sooth intestinally)....since the package didn't arrive, it's been difficult finding which can purchase there which will aid healing
Only a doctor should be able to tell you what you need. Delays are costly. There is no time for problems with corrupt customs and postal officers.
exactly
have learned many people sending produce which could aid people some countries, happens the packages stolen....is like the people living those countries are cut off from assistance
if only kunle could immigrate....i not enough money for sponsoring him for immigrating, or would....he three younger brothers (no parents) which he would like to work for sending money to
thanks responding
