John Bolton, " another example of Mr. Bush's rewarding loyalty rather than holding officials accountable for mistakes, especially those who helped build the case for war with Iraq."

Some are praising John Bolton for his ability to get the job done. Right, a bank robber with a gun can get the job done too, but sometimes it isn't the ability to get a job done that makes a person right for high places. I question Bush's judgement. He is looking more and more like an Athenian tyrant as his choices appear to be thugs who abuse power and shame the judgement of our democracy for electing him in the first place.

Bolton has said terrible things about the UN and the US power to control world event. He has threatened people's careers in an effort to make lies public opinion. These lies are what resulted in us attacking Iraq and another one was designed to provoke an attack on Cuba. This is Bush's choice of someone to promote. How long before we seriously start questioning Bush's judgement and intentions?

Bush reminds me of a Mama's boy who gets away with things he should not be allowed to get away with, by being Mommy's little darling, lying and charming his way through life. He seems to surround himself with those who are like himself.

Will the Demoncratic party ever learn how to play politics as well as the Republican party? Will the democracy of the US become thinking and moral people, before it is wiped off the face of the earth? Where should accountability start and end?
