What is your dream?

my dream is to live on a planet where the air & water are clean, & where the soil is fertile, & free of harmful chemicals. Where there is no poverty or greed- everybody has what they need, & doesn't want more than their share, especially at somebody else's expense. Everybody can make a decent living doing what they want to do with their respective lives, do work that is meaningful to them. I want to live on a planet where there is no war or violence, especially towards kids. Kids are the most important resource, & are treated with love & care. Women are respected & not harmed. Everybody repects each other, & works together helping each other, & there is peace & prosperity on a clean planet. Is this too much to ask?

As long as the Abrahamic religions, specifically Christianity, exist in the minds of those who cling to those delusions for their identity, yes, that is too much to ask for.

"We don't have to protect the environment, the Second Coming is at hand....after the last tree is felled, Christ will come back." Secretary of the Interior James Watt on Global Warming

"I want you to let a wave of hatred wash over you. Yes, hate is good . . . our goal is a Christian nation. We have the biblical duty, we are called on by God to conquer this country. We don't want equal time. We don't want pluralism..." Randall Terry, Director of Operation Rescue

"The inability or unwillingness to hate makes a person worthless. If we do not hate detestable things, the quality of our character is suspect. The Bible commands that we hate". H. A. (Buster) Dobbs, Church of Christ.

"I don't know that those who[ don't believe in God] should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God." George HW Bush, August 27, 1987

My dream is a world where logic is mandatory.

In my dream world, all reasons for things must be given. And those reasons must add up...

In my dream world, it would be a crime to withhold explanations. And the more important the explanation, the more severe the crime would be, and so would be the punishment.

Most of the suffering in our world comes from the fact that information and explanation are the truly most valuable commodities, and determine all other values. Those who hoard these things deprive others of what they truly need the most, and cause the bulk of human wretchedness.

When people do not receive true explanations, they tend to come to sinister conclusions, and as a result, become miserable and vicious. My dream world would end all that.

My dream is, now that we have public education of the masses, and rapid mass communication, all would be informed of the philosophy behind the concept of democracy, and able to discuss it.

The Christian view expressed before this dream of democracy, is the extreme opposite of what our forefathers had in my mind, and seems the fault of public education which has been preparing our youth for a technological society with unknown values, preparing them to be products for industry, as Germany prepared those who fought for the New World Order lead by Hitler. When it comes to education and religion, those of the first New World Order and Bush's New World Order share much in common. Unless we immediately remedy this, we have fought ever war for nothing.

The remedy of course is liberal education preparing citizens for self government, and this would stress science, not religion, as the way to rule by reason, democracy. CSwriter1

My dream (when sleeping, not my ideal view) is:

Recuring: I am traveling at speed and i can lift my feet off the ground and continue traveling. for a fue seconds at first and then continuously. Eventualy i find myself in the fetal possition suspended a couple of feet above the ground (and still traveling at the same speed)

This fetal phase of the dream only lasts a few seconds before my sleep is interupted.

It feels like i am falling (gently) but my reletive position to the ground is constant. (until the last second when i must put my feet down or i will fall).

It is not a scary dream. in fact i find it comforting.

But I have no idea of its meaning.

Can anyone enlighten me?

This is my take Mctonale..

you are moving through personal issues at great speed.(forgiveness?)
your protection keeps being interrupted .. but you only have to put your feet down .. ground/centre . and you are okay.

Not realy (or maybe) as i am more comfortable when floating but only ever put my feet down as a last resort.
