Has anyone else heard about the newest reports out, which say that human health is determined by the proper acid-base balance at pH 7.365... and that all disease is caused by a condition of acidosis?

There is an amazing book out called The pH Miracle, by Robert Young. It's a guide to what foods maintain the balance, and what foods throw it off.

In addition, Young's book also talks about the role that microform parasites in the body and in the foods we eat, play in eroding our health.

"Hmm I think you are talking with a ghost there Buzz..."

Why would you say that? BY what I've observed these reports teel you something is good for you one eport and then turn around and tell you that it's bad for you in another report. We go back and forth so much that soo the air we breath will be killing us next B)
